The First Annual BIO National Venture Conference

The first annual BIO National Venture Conference, co-hosted by the National Venture Capital Association, will bring together an elite group of venture capital investors with fledgling, high quality biotechnology companies and larger company business development executives for a one and half day event. In addition to company presentations, these investors and executives will participate in one-on-one meetings using the BIOPro Partnering System. This conference will also feature five panels featuring clinical and therapeutic area leaders.
In concert with this event, BIO and the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) will also sponsor a forum of candid health care policy and "state of Washington" discussions with senior policy staff and invited Washington guests. BIO is enthusiastic about engaging the biotech venture capital investment community in this new programming initiative at a time of increasing regulatory, reimbursement and tax policy uncertainty. This programming will draw on the core health care policy and advocacy strengths of industry sponsors.
