The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Reston. It has come to our attention that the Hyatt Regency is sold out on the night of the 11th, so please take this into consideration when making reservations. As an alternative we recommend the Sheraton Reston www.sheraton.com/reston. It is ½ mile from the Hyatt Regency, and both hotels offer a free shuttle service within a 2 mile radius.

Limited hotel accommodations are still available at the Hyatt Regency Reston.
However, since the cut-off date to secure discounted accommodations expired on February 19, 2008, the previously discounted rate of $259.00 per room may no longer be accepted.
All new sleeping room reservations will be processed based on availability and rate. Please note that the Hyatt Regency Reston will offer all last-minute BIO registrants every possible discounted accommodation available.
Therefore, we strongly suggest that you contact the hotel at your earliest convenience to secure reservations and follow the information below.

Confirmations
Confirmation numbers are received at the time of booking, modification, and/or cancellation. If you did not receive an acknowledgment via e-mail (if booking via online or fax) or at the conclusion of making the reservation (if booking via telephone) please contact the Hyatt Regency Reston reservations office 1-800-233-1234.
Deadline/room rates/taxes
To take advantage of the special Partnering for Global Health Forum 2008 rate, be sure to book your reservation by 5:00 PM, February 15, 2008. After this date, the hotel may charge significantly higher rates.
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold a reservation and will be charged at the time the reservation is made. All rates are per room per night and are subject to appropriate state and local taxes in effect at the time of the meeting. Currently state and local taxes for this meeting are 9%.
Modification/Cancellation of Hotel Reservations/Cancellation Fees
The Hyatt Regency Reston will enforce a seventy-two (72) hour cancellation policy.
Reservations secured by credit card may be made, modified, and/or cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will incur a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
