Registration Policy:
Registration fee includes access to all sessions, breakfasts, luncheons and evening receptions. Everyone must be register and wearing their name badge onsite to participate in conference activities. Registration may not be shared.
Cancellation: Request for refunds must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received on or before February 22, 2008 are entitled to a refund minus a US $150 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations requested after February 22, 2008.
Substitutions, name correction or contact information changes can be made by selecting the URL link under Substitutions or Record Changes in your email receipt/confirmation. Changes will be allowed until your name badge is printed on-site.
A current photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and a business card are required to pick up your meeting credentials on-site.
Your company must be a BIO Member in good standing on or before March 12, 2008, to receive the BIO Member Rate.
Presenter Registration
Presenting Companies:
All presenters must register to attend the conference and pay a registration and a company presentation fee.

Media Registration
Media registration for the BIO Partnering for Global Health Forum is complimentary for credentialed members of the news media. Everyone attending the conference must present valid photo identification to gain admittance.
Advance registration: Advance media registration will be open January 22 - March 3, 2008. All freelance journalists, college and Web-based publications are required to register in advance.
Onsite registration: Media wishing to register onsite must present valid, current media credentials (i.e. official picture identification from the employing news organization, signed letter from assignment editor on company letterhead, or a by-lined article from the publication). Without proper, approved credentials, on-site media registration will be denied.
Marketing and public relations executives, analysts, consultants, authors, and researchers may not register as media. BIO reserves the right to limit the number of admission approvals from the same publication or news outlet.
